Workshop Rekadia x TGI

🚀 For three days full of energy and collaboration, the Rekadia and TGI teams came together in an intensive workshop to prepare for the launch of the FIMS Mobile application! 📱✨ This workshop is an important milestone in the development journey of applications designed to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the maintenance process in Equipment.

Day 1 & 2: Master Checksheet Filling

In the first two days, the main focus is filling out the master checksheet. This activity aims to ensure that every maintenance activity is recorded neatly and accurately. The Rekadia and TGI teams work together to:

• Ensure checksheet data covers all important aspects of equipment operations.
• Develop measures that can minimize the potential for errors in data management.
• Improve coordination between various parties to achieve desired standards.

This process is carried out carefully, prioritizing details for the smooth operation of the application after launch.

Hari 3: User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

On the last day, a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) session was conducted to thoroughly test the application. This activity involves:

• Simulate the use of applications in a variety of real-world scenarios to ensure functionality runs as expected.
• Identify and fix potential issues before the app launches.
• Collect feedback from users to improve the app experience.

The results of this UAT session provide confidence that the FIMS Mobile application is ready to be launched with optimal performance by the end of this year.
