Intern Product Engineer Overview
The Intern Product Engineer serves as a key technical resource for the sales team, responsible for demonstrating product capabilities, handling technical inquiries, and ensuring a smooth implementation process for clients. This role bridges the gap between technical product features and customer business needs, playing a crucial part in the sales cycle from presentation to post-sale setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team during the sales process to provide technical expertise.
- Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing features and functionalities.
- Handle the installation and initial configuration of the application for new clients.
- Address technical questions and concerns from prospective clients.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation and presentation materials for sales meetings.
- Provide post-sale technical support to ensure successful client onboarding.
Essential Skills & Requirements
- Enrolled as a final-year student (minimum 6th semester) or a fresh graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Available for an internship for a minimum of 6 months.
- Solid understanding of fundamental IT concepts, including cloud computing, servers, and domains.
- General knowledge of both software and hardware principles.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 product suite.
- Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrates creativity, proactiveness, and strong initiative.
